Protobug: As others have said, the pencils were strewn around in the bag when received. None were damaged on my shipment though. If only they would tape up the box ends, they wouldn't fall out and be susceptible to damage.

Tracey Enns: Bought these for mapping eyebrows but they do not work. Product is very waxy and difficult to sharpen. The tip bends very easy.

Mike: THE BLACK MARKERS:
I received a box of 12 Sharpie china markers and they were in perfect condition. The pigmentation is richer than many other brands. Thus far, I've experienced no crumbling while using them. That would be a deal breaker for me.
Because they arrived in perfect condition, were all accounted for, and appear to be richly pigmented, I decided to purchase a box of the white china markers as well.
THE WHITE MARKERS:
I received 12 markers. Most were at least part way out of the box. About half had broken tips, but none of the markers were completely broken. However, the odds of the "leads" being undamaged in some of them is unlikely.
The white is more opaque than any colored pencil, so it has its place in the artist's toolbox.
Both colors will be used on fine art projects.
Dropped 1 star due to the condition of the white markers.

Missy WW: Couldn't find these in local stores so I purchased them through AmazonSmile. My main intent is for writing on plastic containers (dates for left-overs and contents for storage). Writes beautifully on plastic storage containers (& cardboard) & easily wipes off. Was shipped with other items in a bag and arrived with both ends of the pencil box open and all 12 pencils were floating loose in the package. I don't know if grease pencils break inside like graphite pencils, but if so, I'll update my review later. I'll be taking some of these in to the non-profit where I work (& supported through amazon Smile with this purchase) for use there as well. I highly recommend.

Sue Lamont Sueperb Cosmetic Tattooing: I am a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist and find the traditional brow mapping pencils smudge easily. This China Marker is easy to sharpen into a fine pint and leaves a crisp outline on the skin.

BADGAL: Love these things they work great on any just about. I like that I can cover up my name on medication boxes or bottles with my name on them so if someone happens to garbage pick they don’t get my info.

LM: I mean, they are china markers, wax pencils, fabric markers, whatever you want to call them. So, not much to review, really. They arrived as promised, actually faster than expected, but that is the joys of Prime and choosing a product that Amazon can fulfill.
