They weren’t perfect by any means- I was expecting some “scratched” plastic and little bends but overall these were perfect for what I needed. These were great because all you had to do is shove a stick in the back and they were good to go!

Katie SuntjensKatie Suntjens: The pinwheels arrived disassembled, so if you are hoping to have them put together and ready to use, think again. Once you put one together, they aren't too bad to figure out, but set aside some time if you aren't crafty. For the price, they will work fine for what I need them for (a classroom full of ECS students).

Deborah from Alexandria: I use these pinwheels in my garden to keep birds from eating my seeds and berries. If there is even a slight wind, the motion and noise also keeps the deer away. Of course, I do keep a few just for fun. They are resilient enough to last throughout the gardening season.

Osanbat: The pinwheels are more flimsy than I expected and have actually come apart, split in the heavy spring Michigan winds. I use them on my deck to keep birds from leaving droppings everywhere. They do seem to discourage the birds, but several are already coming apart and the wheels flying off the mount straws. Don't recommend for anything other than small child entertainment toy.

Cherri Rodriguez: After reading through the reviews I had mixed thoughts about purchasing, but they were inexpensive so I gave them a go. The spinners are so colorful and spin well. The straws are not sturdy enough for garden use, but after slipping them onto garden stakes they have held up very well.
