patsy harper: I had to order 2 times. The first time the microwave was damaged. Don't give up ... I reordered another and got a nice one that was not damaged. So far I am happy with my purchase. I had an old Panasonic microwave for 25 years. It just got old and quit. I stuck with the same brand and I hope this one will be as good.

shopper213: I like it a lot. This is my 3rd Panasonic microwave. This one is a little lower in wattage than others that I had before so I have to cook for a slightly longer time. I have a limited clearance space between the counter top & the cabinets & this fits perfectly.
