pueo: The lemon really smacks the top of your mouth with its intensity, then the rich buttery low notes coat the back of your mouth and linger there for a while...a beautiful thing is happening in your mouth. I must admit that this is the first time I've had this thing called lemon curd...the closest I got before was saving a recipe for the future. It's incredibly good...I can see this pairing naturally with so many things. At the top of my mind is a slice of rich, dense NY style cheesecake and a crusty toasted biscuit with melted butter. I don't have either at the moment, so I think I'll just spread some on a graham cracker for now, lol...
I will definitely be back for more! ツ

Vict: No encuentro este producto en tienda, sabor y textura buenas, buen producto para repostería y también para las tostadas de la mañana. Buen equilibrio dado que no me gusta el exceso de dulzor.

francisco: He probado varias limón curd, y esta es la que más me ha gustado ( a los tres miembros de la familia también). Destacó su textura, súper cremosa, creo que gracias al huevo y la mantequilla, me sorprendió al primer contacto con la lengua, suave, delicada. El sabor y el aroma a limón me parecen inmejorables, intensos, no excesivos, y muy naturales; imprgena las papilas gustativas pero no las satura, el limon esta domesticado por los otros ingredientes. Es fantástica la combinación con el azúcar (no hay exceso, para nada es una crema dulzona) y la mantequilla.
Es un sabor característico entre dulce y ácido debido al zumo de limón con azúcar. La combinación de todos los ingredientes produce una crema, en mi opinión, impresionante.
