It didn't work is broken: I used the product for cover the son out and was broken it didn't work correctly

CRYSTALCRYSTAL: Bought this for our senior living facility, we were hoping this would be a great product for us to shelter our residents from the sun during our seasonal activities. We just used it the 1st time last Thursday and with 16 mile hr. winds it bent and broke the metal. I cant believe it! Most canopies can stand 30 to 40 mile hr. winds before causing stress.

I begged my boss to let us buy it... and now I have to tell her I wasted the residents money. I own a little 10x10 one that I had up the same day for our live music and that didn't break so Im not sure why what happened, happened but it did thus the reason I'm leaving a low product review,

Parker: I was planning a party at my home, only to learn that the weekend of the party was at the same time as high school and college graduation parties. When I called party tent rental places, a month ahead of time, they were sold out.

I wanted a larger tent and I wanted to be able to stand in it. I’m 6’6”.

I was worried that this was going to be flimsy, but I decided if it got me through the party that was good enough. Instead, the tent was solid and sturdy. I had a couple of my adult children install it for me. It is definitely not something I would want to attempt by myself. It was large enough for groups of 6 to 10 who wanted to step out the sun for a while, plus a table holding food.

It is heavy, so do you want to make sure that when it’s delivered, you are either strong enough to carry it yourself or you’ve got someone to help you carry it to where you’re going to store it.

This is very well-made and should last several seasons of use. I’ve loaned it to a friend and it came back completely intact.

kkola917: I bought this for my daughter's First Communion party. We haven't had the party yet, but we did practice putting the tent up. One leg has dented metal and one of the pinnacle rods had come apart. We were able to force it back in. It makes it tough to manipulate, but it is possible. I'm not sure if it was damaged in shipping or perhaps had already been returned to the seller.

We tried to raise the tent with two people, but were afraid to break it by forcing it. It was easier than I thought with 4 people. We walked the corners out, which raised the canopy, but we did have to force the canopy up an inch or two to snap it in place. Then we extended the legs. The tent was not level (four legs on the ground, 2 in the air). Not sure if the dented leg was affecting the level, or our yard just wasn't level. I haven't tried attaching the walls yet.

Once assembled, I was very pleased with the size of the tent and the height. I'm six feet tall and fit easily.
