1. It is very firm which is great for my and my fiance because of our backs.
2. Take it out of the box as soon as you get it and keep it in a warm room. The heat will help it rise to the correct height.
3. I slept on it the night it arrived and it’s been fine. The waiting period is typically because of the smell (which I didn’t smell) from the gases.
4. Humidity will cause it to take longer to rise
I’ve read a lot of negative but honestly I just think most probably did not follow the directions properly. It says do not leave in box because it’s suctioned for shipping and the longer you leave it in the box the harder it is on the mattress. I placed a heater in the bedroom and let it sit for about 8 hours before I slept on it.
I would absolutely buy this mattress again and put 100% recommend. I love that when my fiance moves around in the bed, I don’t feel him. I love love love the firmness. My neck back and hips have not ached since night one.
FYI the bed frame in the pic was purchased from amazon as well. It was super easy to put together and works perfectly with the mattress....

Sheena P.: Great price, great product! Based on other reviews saying it didn’t rise. We decided to remove the top zipped on cover to help it rise all the way. Also shook it a few times during rise period, and gave it 48 hrs instead of 24 to rise. We have the full 10”. So comfortable! Would buy again! Would recommend to anyone.

John Paul DeMaioJohn Paul DeMaio: Its a good mattress , its comfortable, but very important i had to note for others it is bigger then a full size. I have a full size bed frame as you see , and it did not fit in the frame . It over hung about an inch and a half on each side. This was a NIGHTMARE for me cause i purchased the bed , set it up (heavy as heck) and all was ready to go and then this. I didnt know what to do. What i ended up doing was , instead of scraping the bed and losing all that money , time and work and buying another bed (because you are never in a billion years getting the mattress back in the box to return it) , i built this bed up above the frame and then just put the mattress on top of that. So im about 62 feet off the floor and need a parachute to get off the bed in the morning , but at least there was a solution. So just beware if you have a tight bed frame and you order this mattress you may be in for a rough time trying to figure out how to get it to fit. OR, it may be perfect. I of course "googled" the issue and it seems to be a common problem amongst many mattress and bed company's that they vary allot in sizes from what they consider "full queen king etc". KamillaKamilla: This was such a risky decision but have absolutely no regrets! I was so worried getting mattress off Amazon because what if we don’t like it it would be a headache to return it, but we loved it! According to instructions we had to wait up to 3 days for it to rise but sleeping on the couch was really uncomfortable so we said whatever and only waited 24hrs. Mattress never went up to promised 14” but do I care? No. I was measuring it couple times within 2 weeks and it’s steady 12” which is totally fine with me. It’s not plushy or very soft like the ones in the hotels where you body sinks in mattress. It’s firm, supports all the positions you sleep in. My husband sleeps only on his back and I only sleep on my side and we both feel amazing waking up. No pain no discomfort. Be aware that if you get ikea bed frame like me mattress came out to be a bit wider than expected and my husband had to push it into the frame. (Side note for ladies it’s very heavy and you will need help changing bed sheets)

Emily: TLDR; Definitely buy this mattress if you want to sleep on a squishy cloud every night.

First off I want to say, I read a ton of mixed reviews before clicking buy and was quite nervous! I researched for months!!!

I haven't bought a new bed of my own before, let alone a bed that comes in a box. I really was so confused by the reviews. Some were raving and many hated this bed. I got tired of researching and going around in circles with every other good and bad review, so finally just decided to click buy on this one: 10" Queen.

It arrived in a box just shorter than me. (I'm 5'2", extremely difficult for me to carry the box alone into the house, but I managed!) I was a bit skeptical that this sealed mattress in this box would expand to an actual queen size and 10" thickness. I followed the instructions on how to open and get set up. Definitely follow these instructions and don't accidentally cut the plastic layer keeping the mattress compressed -until ready for it to expand- or the mattress itself. Cutter tool was included, which was very useful!!

Once situated in the room, I cut the last layer of plastic off mattress and it immediately...
