Diana Parker: Be aware that this is not 10 books. It is 10 books bound together in one volume that about 4 inches thick. Not exactly convenient to read. Also, the format of each book is smaller that the original single-volume version. So the reproductions are smaller and the text is smaller. Honestly, I'm not sure why the publisher offers this volume because it's pretty impractical to use. Still, these Basic Art Series books are great! And it's a deal to get 10 books for this price. Just be aware of what you're getting.

Jorgito Simão: Uma reunião de vários volumes anteriormente publicados separados. As ilustrações, as fotografias dos pintores, o texto... tudo perfeito. O volume é bem grosso em razão de ser coletânea; desconfortável de manusear. Mas a qualidade é tal que esse ponto acabou virando qualidade.

Nancy Lemon: If you love the impressionists then this is highly recommended. Book is smaller in size than usual but makes up for it with the stunning colour photos and fairly comprehensive artist bio's. I am very happy with this purchase and for the price, it can't be beat.

Grambo: A somewhat in-depth review of ten Impressionists in one book, about 100 pages per master with a more than adequate number of prints of their work. I am very much enjoying the style of writing. Downsides are that the book is bulky to handle and somewhat small in print size. I recommend this book to anyone wanting to get a good overview of Impressionism. Keep your online dictionary handy as you will be looking up many words, particularly French.

Soda: Love this! Got it as a gift for my sister who loves Impressionism. Really good price for having all of the books in one. It’s put together really well so won’t fall apart when reading it. Pages are very quality and just a great coffee table book too!

uyanga ganzoriguyanga ganzorig: I think it has great information on these great artists for the price. This is a THICK book and letter size is small. I have no trouble with it but if you have bad eye sight you might want to consider that fact. Just started reading on Manet so far so good 👍

Little Legume: So beautiful and fantastically organized. Just the outer part of the book is a great presentation alone. I’m a docent at a museum for fine arts and this book will continue to nurture my education.
I have given several of these books as gifts for Christmas and birthdays. Each one was received with great pleasure.

Ho comprato il prodotto durante il black friday a soli 10€ e veramente sono ben spesi. Se avessi dovuto acquistare ogni singolo volume, ne avrei dovuti spendere 100. L'unico problema che accanto ai miei altri Taschen risulta più basso, quindi in libreria non mi fa impazzire. Do 4 stelle per questo unico neo, chiaramente da ignorare per i non collezionisti.
