Cassandra HooperCassandra Hooper: Update: The logs are letting off more debris than what I would assume a gas log should. Also the logs are turning black. I just wonder how long they will last now that the debris is falling off with each use. As shown in the third photo. The first two photos are before the third is after a week of use.

Awesome value for the money. It has no smell despite what other reviews said. I’m very sensitive to smells and only use natural homemade cleaners and natural shampoos non scented. Super easy to install and use within 5 minutes of unpacking. Super natural looking

Buyer of Things: Personally I think the logs are pretty pricey, but I'm kinda cheap by nature. The logs themselves arrived very well packed and unbroken. The logs are easy to arrange into any form you wish. Anywhere the flame touches the logs glow like a real log would. Very pleased with the performance of this product.

AnthonyAnthony: I'll update this with pictures later, however I can assure anyone that is looking for a quality log at a good price these are the ones. They are the same as any with a UL listing, probably made in the same factory. They are lightweight, realistic in design and in comparison to the OEM Napoleon logs that were my alternative, not only were they 1/4 the price, they look better and perform the same...My fireplace is an older Napolean, 38000 BTU natural gas with an approximate 30" wide glass door, 21" wide at the back, and only 8" in depth. There is no grate although there is a ledge on the rear panel approximately 4" from the base. As you will see when I update this with pictures this ten log package is perfect. I couldn't be happier, I previously paid more than this for some grey stones from napoleon that didn't even cover the base of the fireplace. After continual use for the last three weeks,( the fireplace is all I use in the winter to heat a 1100 sq ft condo) the performance of these logs is comparable to any. Yes, they will develop a black soot in places, so did any Napolean logs or stones that I've used, and that can be wiped off if you choose to. These logs actually glow in...

Marshall G. Ward III: I ordered these logs because they were bigger than most. My lava rock bed gas fire pit is over 2 ft in diameter. I thought the logs were a bit pricey, but I went for it. Wow! These things are great! First of all, they are very light weight. They almost feel fragile because of the light weight. There are 5 styles of logs, 2 per, for a total of 10 logs. You can stack them up however you want. When seen in the day, let's face it, they look like fake logs. There is just no way around it. But at night, that is when the magic happens. When I light the burner, the flames are pure blue and you think, OK, that looks nice. Nothing special. Wait...after about 10 minutes of warm up, the logs glow a beautiful orange on the bottom and the flames turn yellow. After 20 minutes, the logs are fully warmed up and it really looks like a real campfire burning! Without the smoke! I have had several folks over for an evening on the new patio and they all comment about how realistic looking the fire is. Love these logs and would buy them again! Worth every penny.
