It looks great from far away or standing if you like the tone but close up you do notice the printed resolution. We only got 1 pack to see what it was like and will say it was nice to see that each peice had a different variation. One pic is with flash while the other is without. An AA battery added for perspective in the pic. That said there are no instructions or recommendations on use. Ours didn't come flat so I had to lay something heavy on it to get it to be flat. We decided not to install due to the pattern resolution but may decide otherwise later. It's a better choice than our current 60's tiles look for sure and would be super simple to installover them since everythingis flush flat. We may come back around because this is cheaper than a full bathroom floor demo.
