Bianca Smith: The little boards are super cute and I love that they’re double-sided (one side has handwriting lines and the other side has an open white board). But I'm only giving this purchase two stars because at this point, at least a quarter of the brand new pens don't work. It could be up to half--I haven't tried all of them just yet. It has been frustrating having to already throw 3 pens away when we just opened the box this week.
Update: I have been pleasantly surprised and am very impressed with this company! After seeing my two star review, they reached out to me directly, both to fix the problem (sending me a replacement product) and to offer a refund. This is how reliable companies should operate: finding ways to remedy any issues with their product(s) and giving excellent service!
