Kindle Customer: I love this life saver. I was on the mother, father and grandparents of a pandemic related (at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it) sugar binges! Now I only truly crave fruits. I still cruise the grocery store Bakery but I haven't bought anything yet 👀 I thinking Pescatarian Plan next & then Vegetarian possibly. I'm not thinking of the Vegan one for now and maybe never will either 🤔

Anonymous: Love this book, it is education and shares 4 different meals plans to reduce sugar in your diet. I love that you can pick the best option that suits your food preferences. Recipes are easy enough to make and really delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking to eat healthier, reduce sugar or lost weight.

Claire: Really good recipes!! The shopping lists need edited though, they don’t align with the recipes 100%. Some days there were items I was missing and at the end of the planned days, I had a few unused items as well.

Kyra Wells: I love this book! Pam did an amazing job on the meal plans, recipes, explanations, etc. Currently on day 5 of meal plan and cant help but share the food and recipes for others to try. Even if you don't want to do the meal plan the recipes are amazing and easy to follow. 10/10 cannot recommend this enough!

Amazon Customer: I purchased Pam Rocca’s first cook book and was very satisfied with the layout and especially the ease of use.
However this one tops them all the flavours the aromas the great taste! You really don’t need tons of Sugar in a product to make it taste great or to satisfy your thirst for the Sugar. I would Highly recommend this book and any future ones she decides to do. Enjoy!

Barbara: The intro about sugar - especially the hidden sugar in processed and "healthy" foods - was informative but not overly long. The author provided alternatives to dialing down the spice heat level and for leaving out curry if one is not a fan. This makes for lots of options often missing in other books. I also love that theft of only takes 10 days. Who can't stay on a new way of eating for just 10 days?
