Very well packed and arrived in great condition. Product page indicates 10 IN 1 but I don't get it: Convection and "air fry" are actually the same thing and dehydrate (dry out) is also the same thing but at a low temp. While it does have a rotisserie setup it is very cumbersome to assemble use with less than gratifying results. Other reviews (with 4 and 5 stars) must be much smarter than I, because I just don't feel all the love they do. It makes more noise than my garbage disposal and is as loud as an ice cream maker. Forget about the instructions, you'll do just as well without them, and the recipe book is generic so the procedures in it don't jive with this unit. Bottom line is: Going to sell at my next yard sale.
