Wiring was the most difficult part of this for me. I had to do a lot of research before I was brave enough to cut my radio harness. Connecting to the stock speakers, ground, and positive was straight forward once I found the corresponding information about my trucks stock radio harness. Most everything else wasn't-the Binieze harness was missing a few labels but I was able to identify the wires by color using the picture above. The radio needs to connect to an "ACC wire" in order to turn on and off with the key/ignition. I did this by jumping a wire from the positive wire of my cigarette lighter/charge port. The ILL wire is supposed to dim and brighten the unit with your cars interior lights. Either it doesnt work or I got the wrong wire (which is very possible). My result is that once my lights come on, the screen itself dims a little but the command buttons on the left side of the screen...

Christopher Wu: This review is mainly for Binize’s customer service, which has been really great and very responsive. The fact that they are a Chinese-based company who has support reps answering you quickly within several hours of contacting them, says a lot to their commitment to quality and making sure people are happy with their products.
To me, that makes me more confident that I purchased a good product and that it will be supported for a long time to come, because I’d like to know they will provide software and firmware updates to the product, and also, are reachable for any future issues should they arise.
The customer support rep I just worked with was in regards to my Hyundai Tucson 2011. I’m a total noob at this so and no idea that my Tucson would only have two molex connectors going into the back of my OEM radio and to connect to this head unit would either require wire splicing or a wire harness adapter to connect successfully.
The support rep I contacted was super responsive, patient, offered me lots of information and helped answer my questions about how to connect this properly with my current configuration, and sent me relevant YouTube videos, and what...

The radio itself works WELL... Touch screen is pretty responsive and having a 2GB RAM makes for fairly smooth functionality with little to no lag... Anything less than that you will see the performance suffer.
Once you get it installed... The problem is that the company does not send you all the necessary equipment to install it...(i've attached pictures of the installed radio as well as the necessary wires and connections you WILL have to buy In order to properly install it). And you will also need to buy a specific enclosure for your vehicle. Make sure to do measurements on that and compare it to the measurements for this radio otherwise you will have to cut it to fit. In order for most of the functionality to take place you will need to have either a mobile hotspot or use your phone as a mobile hotspot to provide the radio with Wi-Fi.
The installation process itself was PRETTY straightforward (with the exception of identifying the steering wheel control wires; I am still getting that process figured out) but I was able to figure out how to do the other connections after...
