sarah carson: I meal prep for my husband who is on a keto diet. Many recipes call for crushed pork rinds. Crushing pork rinds in a ziplock bag doesn’t yield consistent sized crumbs. Using a food processor works but it’s a pain to clean. Having the pork rinds already crushed and ready whenever I need it makes it very convenient, especially when I need something at the last minute. The product might be more expensive than using regular pork rinds, but the convenience is worth the extra cost.

J PHI: Great product. After a few times I realized that less is more. A light coating on pork chops, chicken, or fish gives a great crunch on the outside. The Panko also provides a shell that keeps the inside tender & juicy. Cooks up very well in an air fryer also.

TPG: I'm so-so when it comes to snacking on pork rinds, but I am a big fan of these. I wish these were a little more affordable, but the quality is great as is the versatility. I use them to "bread" catfish, as the main ingredient in my hot pan bread (a great substitute to cornbread), baked cheddar/pepper balls, seeded flat bread--just a to name a few uses. I definitely like these larger bags over the small quart size sold by the same company.

Kindle Customer: On a KETO diet for weight loss giving up crispy fried chicken because of the flour coating was a given but using this product exactly like panko crumbs works better than anything I have tried before. The flavor is amazing! I also use this in my meatloaf as a binder. Sprinkler over Green beans lifts the flavor up greatly. Sure you can buy the bag of whole rinds and crunch them up yourself but why?
