becca: This took some time to put together by myself, but was not impossible. Before I began, I skimmed the instructions and then used colored markers to highlight the corresponding pole colors throughout. I would highly recommend you do the same 😉. I did have my 5 year old balance some of the poles on his shoulders for me while I added the others, but otherwise it was just me.
My son loves it so far! It’s easy to move around and very sturdy.

david miller: Great product, but worst directions ever! Video was definitely helpful, but the written directions. Worst ones we’ve ever seen. Took me and my husband about 3 hours, including redoing the bottom row…. Turn the page…..
but, my girls love it! Even the older girls.

PC: I could not be happier with this purchase. From the moment the order was placed, I felt reassured with my purchase thanks for the outstanding and responsive customer service. I had to make a change in the color option, and Martina from customer service was EXTREMELY prompt in helping me with the change, even sending out the new-color climber in expedited shipping to ensure that my kids aren't disappointed by the delay caused by their dad's mistake. Martina kept me updated with the shipping status, and swiftly answered a few more questions after I received and put together the structure (which by the way, just as other reviews state, is a breeze to put together. I had my 7 year old son help me and it took about 1.5 hours). Thank you Martina and the company for making this great product to occupy my 2 children!
