Paul BurtonPaul Burton: Ok like many of you I read all the reviews and came to the conclusion that this seems to good to be true, $100 less than the big names and seemingly has the same sink specifications.
Will it really is that good. Great quality, looks awesome, well insulated, good accessories and all for less money.
It drains well from all areas, I have the 36" sink and it's massive and water still told to the drain. Food particles can be sprayed or wiped easily to drain.
Can't say that I am going to dry wipe it out after each use like the directions say, but for us a sink is a functional work area not a kitchen show piece.
The rack on the bottom is good for helping with contact and reducing scratches and helps the draining process. The colander and trays are long enough to reach across the sink width.
Installation was easy and shipping was quick and the unit was well packaged.
I will follow up in a few months to update the review. But for now I would highly recommend this Zuhne sink.

Barnacle Bill The Sailor: I bought the 28" version of this sink about a month ago and it was finally installed last Friday, 4 days ago. It's under mounted on new granite. I have to say I'm impressed with the design, materials, and fabrication. Also, the 28" version seems like a great size for me. I could have gone larger but I didn't want to lose more real estate with the granite and this sink can hold the largest roasting pan I own.
Design - This is subjective for everyone but this sink is really sharp looking. It's deep at 10 inches. Add in the 3 cm thickness of my granite counter tops and you get an overall depth of 11 1/4 inches. That's something to think about for shorter people and kids. The sink this replaced was a Corian molded in double sink. That was just 9 inches deep. 2 1/4 inches doesn't sound like much but it creates a whole different feel to the sink.
Speaking of double sinks, I hated that thing. The wall in the middle of the two sink basins just ate up space and made each basin less useful. For me, a single basin sink is just so much more useful when it comes to washing big pots and pans or stacking up dishes after a dinner party.

Amazon Customer: Have had the sink installed for a couple weeks now and very pleased so far! This sink is very sturdy. I had bought another 16 gauge stainless steel sink and I thought it was pretty good, but compared to the Zuhne it felt flimsy. The Zuhne sink is well insulated around the sides and bottom to help avoid sound when running water into the sink. Very solid sounding.
The Zuhne 28" model fit nicely in my 30" cabinet and looks great. I was concerned that the smaller sink would be noticeably smaller than my previous 33" double basin but having the extra depth with and one large basin there is plenty of room to fit any dish of pot we have. I'm happy with the size.
The extra depth along with our goose neck faucet means there is a lot if distance for the water to travel before hitting the bottom of the sink. This results in some splash back which can spray back out of the sink. Keep this in mind when selecting a faucet. Ours has a pull out head so we often pull the faucet out a bit and hang it lower to eliminate the spray. Or just don't turn the faucet on full blast. Also not a big concern and not the fault of the sink so no negative rating due to that.
