Cliff R.Cliff R.: Ok at first I was excited when I found them. So I purchased them without reading the reviews because of the displayed star rating. After my purchase I starting reading the reviews. I got nervous after seeing some images of bad cups. But they were on their way and I figured I would give them a try. I got them for a customer order so I prayed they worked. I am happy to report the sublimated perfectly. I am unsure why others had problems with them. Maybe they used the shrink wraps or didnt follow the directions. Maybe they do not have a sub printer. Or maybe I got lucky with a good batch. I am unsure, but I am happy to say the ones I got sub just fine. I will mention I do have a mug press that subs this size so maybe that was the difference.
The customer loved the display box. It is way better than the regular boxes that other cups come in as it displays the design. Makes you shop look just a little more professional.

RodRod: I love the convenience that this comes with everything you need all the way down to the shrink wrap and the box. I have purchased before and will still continue to purchase more. The only issue I had with this last batch of included shrink wraps is they opened up mid way the sublimation process. I was able to salvage one cup and not the other... Had no issues with the shrink wrap before this.
The tumblers themselves are great the lid has a nice tight seal and comes with a metal straw as well.

The product is good for tumblers and its not the sellers fault that Amazon has these tumblers come up when you are looking for sublimation cups nor is it the sellers fault that I failed to read the description clearly as it states these are not for sublimation. The product will come out faded and subpar if you are trying to sublimated on them. So I would have to give them 5 stars for being regular metal tumblers. They come with a metal straw and straw cleaner. Nice tumblers just not what I was looking for.
