Board is great quality, easily made and very sturdy. My first one was bought 5 years ago and it’s still great. If the fitted cover seems like it doesn’t fit please don’t worry and just turn it around it will fit perfectly.

Jenny Phipps: Helpful and easy-to-read instructions with the right tools which made assembly super easy. Exactly as described. I wish we would have ordered the 7" box instead of the 4". I will be ordering another 4" and stacking them to make the room look more inviting and expensive. We also ordered a 12" mattress from the same company and we love it as well. I will definitely tell my friends about this company.

M. J. Phillips: Just received this Wooden Box spring today. It was very easy to assemble and the cover was easy to put on and zip up. It seems to be very sturdy. Give stars for easy of assembly and what's seems to be exactly what I was hoping for. I will update at a later date with how the support. And if there are any other thoughts.

JimB: This platform was super easy to assemble. However after reading some reviews of them breaking I could see why - the wood is pretty lightweight and is built with lightweight hardware. I ran a 2x4 down the center lengthwise (2x4 fit perfectly, just had to cut to length and drill a hole in end pieces and secure with 3” screws at each end). The slats sat perfectly on the 2x4. I also put small pieces of 2x4 (approximately 2” in length) in all 12 spaces around the sides. I had a twin so bigger sizes may have more spaces. Thing is solid as a rock now.

Tracky: The cover is too small could not get it zipped up! Maybe a redesign is needed like 2 zippers or a inch longer

Sheila Isenor: I liked it very much , cause my husband was very weak from an illness and could not get on the bed before so that is why I purchased it, he has since passed away but for a a couple weeks it was so much nicer for him. I only wish I had bought it sooner.

jenjen: I was so impressed with this product! The clever design made assembly straightforward and easy to do. The only challenge was putting on the cover. That was solved by having three people put it on.

Amazon Customer: I really like how easy this was to set up and it’s good quality. I also like that it’s so low, as I didn’t want a super high bed. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is because it was an inch shorter than my Queen mattress.

CampbellS: It’s cheap pine wood. But easy to assemble - all the spots drilled correctly and only takes 8 screws and bolts (I believe). As others had said, it is difficult to get the cover on. Taken from what others said in reviews, if it wasn’t going to zip up easily, I took it off and tried to turn it. I bought a king size, so it wasn’t easy to keep track of all the fabric and I must have messed up somewhere cause it took me 3 turns to get it right. Meanwhile I was trying to turn my king size box in a small room over top of my bed frame (wouldn’t have gotten it through the doorway if I built it before bringing it in). Needless to say it wasn’t fun. The slats are secured to the box with Velcro but they keep falling out when we were trying to get the cover on. In my particular situation, 2 people were not enough. it was difficult and we almost gave up putting on the cover. It once on, it was tight and not saggy. I’ve been sleeping on it for a few months now. Never noticed noise or breakage. So though I wondered about the cheap pine, so far it’s perfect for what I wanted (that is, until I move and have to physically take it apart to get it through the door and hallway and rebuild...

Teacher2: I bought this to lower the bed for my elderly mother. I assembled it by myself. It is well designed and goes together easily. It even includes a ratchet tool that makes the job easier. You just need the space to lay it out. It would be helpful to have a second person to put the cover on it, but I managed.
