bellamamanofNY: I wanted to give this 0 stars at first because it seemed like 3 features were missing. Then, after I unscrewed pen (bottom and top), I wanted to give this 4 stars because I had to do all that to discover 2 features. The pens don't look cheap (not obvious that they are plastic). You do get 8 pens with more than 8 ink refills. The value for the money is great, and that's why I gave this 5 stars. I had to unscrew the bottom and "screw" the ink thing properly to fix the inability for the pen to write. Now, the ink comes through and I can write with the pen. I had to unscrew the top of the pen to discover the screw driver and the other tool thing. I looked everywhere in the reviews to see if everyone had received these 2 tools with the pens, and it seemed they did. But no one mentioned where the screw driver and other thing were. So, I hope my review can help people like me find those things.

nai1817: Ok, you get 8 pens with 20 refills!!! 8!! 20!! for $10!!! Always keep that in mind.

Ok, so the quality isn't the best. The pens have no weight at all. Would probably snap with in a fit of anger.

Even with that, I am happy with my purchase. I don't know how many times I just needed a simple screwdriver (philips or flat) to assemble or disassemble something real quick; mostly to open battery compartments. I had a free mini screwdriver that had a reversible attachment with both flat and philps ends. I found that I used that the most rather than going to the garage to grab a real screwdriver. This purchase was really all about convenience. Since it came with 8 pens, I put one in each car's emergency bag and then placed one in each room of the house. I also keep one in my EDC pouch because it also comes with a touch screen end that can be used to avoid touching anything (atms, checkout keypads, tablets, etc). The ruler and level are also a nice touch. If anything, I wish the material was a little stronger so that it could be used as a tactical pen but I'm still satisfied.
