Amazon Customer: The images are super cute and my kids love them. But despite saying it is dishwasher safe, it isn't. We put these cups top rack only and they warped so badly. The company was kind enough to replace the first Anna cup thst melted. But our Elsa cup is now warping and I'm not sure I want to go through the hassle of asking for another replacement. :/ This should have been caught during quality control .
If you plan on hand washing these only, you'll be fine.

VSkwidd: Artwork is excellent, and 3 months or so in, still holding strong. They're durable and have been through the dishwasher several times. They've even been dropped dozens of times and still look as good as they did the day that I bought them.

I would think for a child’s cup they’d would be more durable and not shatter. One positive though the design has stayed on extremely well with zero scuff marks.
