Has no taste, which if you prefer to the taste of nori is great. Easy to use when rolling, though it works better to do a tighter toll than nori or else it opens up.

You have to appreciate good quality yuba. There are many Chinese products, but rarely do you find yuba from Japan. You'll love this if you appreciate and know the value of good yuba.

I had never made wontons before but I love to food prep so I used all 20 sheets cut into 4 squares & it took me forever being my first try. I was wrapping and steaming them at the same time and left some in the bamboo steamer too long and they looked like something from a horror movie (skin melting) still delicious just not presentable until it was Halloween. I didn’t take pictures of those. As you can see in the pictures those turned out nice. This healthy dinner was delicious. I still have some in the freezer for later. Hope you try the recipe if you like wonton zoodles.

These are a heaven-sent solution for my gluten-free dietary needs. I've made baked shrimp cream cheese wontons in my air fryer. I also made baked string cheese, another treat I haven't had for years. These are super easy to use and seal easily with water. I did burn a few batches at first, so I learned to bake them at a lower temp and for a shorter time than a usual wonton wrap. I only wish they were less expensive, but sadly that seems to be the case for gluten-free products.

I don’t like the taste of nori so this was a perfect alternative! It’s virtually flavourless but very easy to work with. I’d buy it again for sure.

For Gluten Free these are great. I’ve made wontons with them twice now. They are good, but I can’t compare them to something that has gluten to taste. But they aren’t bad. I’m very pleased that I was able to find them because I wanted wontons really badly. This made the craving go away. I’m pleased with that.
