Kelsey: We purchased this nice doorbell camera about 6 months ago and liked it very much. Good battery life and decent image. The app is pretty easy to use and understand and pushes notifications. All was well until we went to go charge it and the charging port was broken. When we inspected the product further to see if we could fix (or my husband rather), he noticed the charging port was secured very poorly with only one very small screw. he could not fix the issue so now we are left with a faulty product. PATRIA: Super easy to install and set up specially ig you had an average doorbell already install since the holes line up perfectly. I added an SD card. Picks up audio perfectly, great quality video, records well, intercom is very clear. The only draw back is that there's about 1 minute to 2 minute delay from when someone rings the doorbell to when the app calls you to connect the call. Also the chime sucks, horrible chime. Changed batteries twice and works for about 2 days and then it doesn't work anymore. Other than that, I think it was a great purchase for me.

Meg NavejasMeg Navejas: I would recommend this camera! Definitely a very good runner up for Ring! I read a lot of YouTube reviews for this camera and for the price it’s very good and easy to instal and set up!

Update: had this camera for about a month and I just had to charge it. Motion detector is very sensitive but it’s nice, camera is still good, SD card I got at Walmart for $20 holds up very well with it too. Only thing is I can’t figure out how to connect the chime to it. Could be user error! Haha.

Update #2: 2 months in with this camera and it’s still doing great, motion detector is very sensitive still even on a low setting. I did notice that when the battery gets to a 35-20% range the motion detection is delayed but that was expected. I still cannot figure out how to set up the chime so I will contact the help desk.

Amazon Customer: The video door bell actually works very well...it's the app that I've been having trouble with. It doesn't notify me when motion is detected. I've worked off and on all day trying to get it to work right and I think I finally got it...we'll see when someone comes over tomorrow! But, for the money it's not too bad!
