Nana: Wearing this vest is comfortable... keeps me warm... wearing a thick sweater sometimes gets too hat... Looks good with a blazer on top of it when worn outside... but inside, just right without the blazer.

Just the Truth: For reference: I'm about 5'5" and a 36B chest. Maybe about a 29" waist. Ordered a small. The item is very soft and can be warn with anything. Yay! The vest is pretty much a box-cut through the torso / waist area. If you've got a little pudge there, you may not feel like you're "swimming" in the item, the way i do. I'm not particularly skinny, but I felt the need to sew some tucks in the seam line around the waist area, just to help hold the body heat in. Took one minute or so. In short - not a feminine cut vest, but easy to adjust if you can do basic sewing. Zippers and pockets have held up well, despite year-round use. Have bought three in different colors, because i work in a very cold building.

Philafan: I love this vest! My mom permanently borrowed the first one I bought, so I had to get a second one. I got a medium (5’6, 128) and it fits well. It comes to the bottom of the belt loops on my jeans. I like to wear it around the house as well. I don’t like to turn up the heat so this is a cozy addition to the fall/winter months. The zippers are good quality and there is plenty of room in the neck area ( I hate things close against my neck). My sister came for a visit and was eying it, so I anticipate that I will soon buy a third one.

JerseySusie: Beautiful dusky pink colour and the material is very soft and comforting. It will be perfect for the winter and is big enough on me to fit over a jumper too.
Length is good - I am just over 6 feet tall.
Material is also a thickness - I don't have a gilet this thick in a fleecy material and it is effective too.
Loses one star as it is bobblier (is that even a word?!) than I would like because I expect when it has been washed it will bobble up more.

Kate: The garment is warm, zipper is strong. It’s nicely finished, quality is good for the price. Has washed well. I wear Small sizes, typically. However, after reading other reviews I decided to go up a size and buy a Medium, which was the right choice. If you’re in between sizes, definitely go up.
