Jan A.: I live in Florida where it’s hot so I often prefer casual long skirts instead of jeans or shorts for leaving the house. I needed a neutral one for fall and this looked like it would look good everywhere. It’s a nice vintage gray color, lightweight cotton, drawstring waist, full and floaty and affordable. Embroidery looks good. It says hand wash and hang dry but I will probably try delicate wash in machine and hang dry.

Amazon Customer: Only wore it a couple of times and the embroidery started to fall out… unfortunately it was after the 30 days so can’t return it. Wish it was better made as I love the look and feel of this skirt. I also have the purple one, guess we’ll see how it holds up

karen: As so many say, "I never write reviews", and I don't. But I felt this was worth writing. This skirt is great. It far exceeded expectations. It is well made. The fabric is really nice.
Regarding sizing-which I can never figure out how the same piece can be too big on one person and too small on the next...well here is my experience. I ordered my usual size, and it fits perfectly. I think I could have gone one size smaller, but the waist has a draw string, and just a little tightening of that that makes it perfect. I was a little concerned it would be too long, but at 5.5 height, and Jadon doc martins, it is the perfect length, it does not hit the ground. Right where it should be at the top of my boots.
Speaking of the washing information about the fabric bleeding, I had no problem with that. I've washed it twice with no issues. I put it in the dryer for 10 minutes on low, took it out and hung it up, smoothed it out and it was perfect to wear after hanging all night.
All in all, this was a very good purchase, and it looks very high end, and I'm fussy!

HelenHelen: Pictured with navy top to show color contrast. Not really the dark denim blue shown in the photo on the page. But it’s pretty, and it will work with the blue and white things I planned to wear with it. It was a little long on me (I’m 5’2”), so I put it in the dryer after washing like the label explicitly says not to do, and now it’s perfect! I would say it shrank about 3 inches. Lightweight, flowy, comfortable, overall exactly what I wanted. True to size.

Miranda H.Miranda H.: I love this style of skirt, and I still think it is a really beautiful skirt despite the many issues I have with it. I ordered it for myself for my birthday. When I ordered this skirt on Sep 3 it was marked for Prime delivery, but still had a shipment date for Sep 14 at checkout. This was fine with me because I know that happens sometimes. However, it did not ship until Sep 23 and did not arrive until Sep 26. I initially thought I was buying a denim skirt (I mistook the color name denim blue and these days jeans are sometimes made from rayon), so I was disappointed when I received a very thin/sheer, heavily dyed, straight up royal blue material. Amazon recommended I order a medium (again my mistake for not checking sizing), but as you can see in the photos even with the draw string as tight as it would go it was still really big. I'm 5"2½' and 118-120lbs for reference. I wear my skirts on my waist and not my hips. The draw string is also incredibly long! There were long loose threads on the inside in multiple places, but the stitching itself seemed very sturdy.
