Katie: I'm what they call an "inverted triangle" shape - I have broad shoulders, 34 DD boobs, a straight waist, and zero hips and butt. I look like I'm about to fall over all the time. I tried a handful of minimizer bras but this is the first one that not only made my boobs semi-proportional to the rest of me (!!!) but is comfortable enough to wear all day under most clothes. I especially love it under button-ups - I can wear button-ups now!

The only downside is that since there's zero padding, even in the nipple area, those of us whose nips show through will show through a LOT. Considering getting some stick-on petals to help, or just going full Jennifer Aniston in Friends and being cool with it, because otherwise, I love this bra.

Jaki Maj: Very comfortable! I have a 36DD cup size and saw in a YouTube video that going a size down may help if you are already a small person. Im small but had a growth spurt in my breasts when I started the pill so I looked for a minimizer and this one was great! I got a 36 D and it was a little small but the bra was so comfortable that I can still wear it just fine. I get headaches when the straps on regular bras pull on my shoulders for too long and this doesn't pull at all. Its solid to hold the girls in place but also a little stretchy. Perfect balance, will buy again.

Marianne: But it does not give me a nice shape; it makes me look weirdly flat, like I’m wearing a sports bra or something. I’ve been wearing minimizers for 25 years at least and I’ve never had one give me this odd shape before. I just received it and I’m still debating if I’ll keep it or not. I have a few other bras coming this week and if they don’t work out, I’ll keep it because I’m getting desperate. It’s gotten so hard to find the right bra anymore.

jen taylor: The only good thing i can say is that the material is super soft and nice against the skin. Other than that, there is ZERO minimizing effect with this bra. I am new to the whole concept of minimizing bras and if that is what it says, that is what I expect. This one merely smashed me into a uniboob and left me with more side-boob than I already contend with. Which, by the way... that sheer panel at the top of the band, DOES hold in nicely. I fluctuate between 34 & 36 but am always a DDD (at times just fuller depending on my weight that has begun to fluctuate since menopause) and I was REALLY excited to discover minimizers since I've already had one reduction that left me with fabulous C cups but after 10 yrs, I am back where I started. I did much research and ordered a Soma Sensuous Sides 3" Minimizer and it actually worked!!! Clothed, it was like I had another reduction! Aside from the ugly color and fabric, I have really loved this bra. Why? Because it MINIMIZES; and it does so without smashing me or giving me uniboob or anything unsightly or uncomfortable. Az H.: When it comes to body shapes, ladies, we're all snowflakes. As far as my snowflakes are concerned, this bra is a perfect match.

Pros: For me, this bra is supportive, and seriously minimizing (I lost 15 pounds the moment I put it on) but still super comfortable. The way I'm shaped, I don't have any problems with the side flaps being too big, they hug my body smoothly and eliminate that ever-so-sexy armpit bulge that appears when I wear a bra that doesn't fit me well. It fits true to size, and I love the shape it gives me.

So, if you’re my identical twin with the same goals for your appearance, this is the bra you should get.

If you’re not, you can disregard my review because it isn’t going to help you decide whether or not this specific bra will work for you. But I’d still like to help you out, because buying and wearing a bra is challenging. That’s why they make training bras.
