TRENT: I got these boots for my wife, she always says her feet get cold and felt wet in other boots. These boots have kept her feet dry feeling and warm in the water, mud, and snow. This is a brand I would recommend to anyone.

Amazon Customer: I bought these boots based on the other reviews given. I'm a dog walker and, very recently, I was dragged a foot or so by 3 Labradors in my ordinary wellies on a walk in the wet conditions. These boots are a game changer for me. I feel much more confident whilst walking in wet/muddy conditions (haven't tried them in snow as yet but I'm sure I'll get the chance soon!) They keep my feet incredibly warm, dry and comfortable. I had a small niggle on the right heel the first time I walked in them but just wore thicker socks the next time and they were great. Can highly recommend these boots.

Kelly Savy: I ordered these to replace my old, very beat up muck boots that I've had for three years. I wanted to get the shorter, mid length ones this time instead of the long ones that go up to the knee like my old ones. I also needed something warmer for the winter.
These fit great. I am a size 7 in everything and these fit wonderfully and break in to a perfect fit after a couple good work sessions in them. I wear a medium thickness sock with them, but could fit a heavier sock if needed.
They are definitely warmer than my previous muck boots (which were the "regular" muck boot with the thinner bottom). I wouldn't say these are the warmest pair of boots I own, but I can be outside in 20 degree temps and my feet stay warm while working.
I like the bottom grip and tread on these. My old mucks had that thin bottom tread that was actually TERRIBLY SLIPPERY in muck or in snow. These have a heavy duty tread that doesn't slip.
So far, they are waterproof. Its only been a week, so only time will tell, but they are 100% waterproof when submerged up to where the rubber meets the neoprene.

RJB: Fit is true to size, spacious without being sloppy, comfortable and supportive foot bed, excellent tread and traction, easy on and off. Have been warm in our zone which can get to -20. Have used so far to -12 without any issues with Merino blend hiker socks or light-weight wool socks. Bought these after two years of satisfaction owning and continuing to wear Muck Wetlanders. Muck brand = great quality.

Diane L.Diane L.: If you get cold feet, you’ll love these boots! The only caution I have is sizing. I am always a size 7 in any shoe or boot, so I ordered size 7 and they were a bit big. I thought no problem, I’ll just wear thicker socks but after a few wears they stretched more. But other than that they are great warm and waterproof boots for our cold Northern Ontario winter weather!

Pauline: I am elderly and have had a hip replacement. I wish I had bought these boots a long time ago. They are warm and comfortable - I have not experienced any shin rubbing as described in other reviews but I only wear them for dog-walking which is a couple of hours a day. I feel so much more sure-footed in muddy, slippery conditions. I haven't worn them in icy conditions yet but I am sure they will make me feel safer as the grip is excellent. Obviously care must still be taken in the extreme weather conditions we are experiencing at present but compared to my Hunter wellies which I have been wearing on a daily basis (my high quality walking shoes get unbearably filthy during the very muddy, wet conditions and are difficult to clean), they make me feel so much more secure. They are easy to clean and totally waterproof. Thoroughly recommend.

Stevie G: They just arrived and I am so excited. I have worn Bogs year after year and this year wanted to try something new. Between the Vibram soul and aggressive tread, these were the winners. I have only worn them around the house but so far so good. I wore my Bogs daily, almost year round and they were winter boots. I anticipate wearing these new Muck Boots just as often. Comparing them I see the following:
Bogs had a great winter tread, Muck Boots appears to blow Bogs winter tread out of the water.

Comparing the rubber outside, Muck Boots appears to be more heavy duty.

I love the fleece lining on the Muck boots.

I wear an 8.5, more like an 8 3/4, ordered the 9 and have room for thick socks, but not swimming in them with light socks.

My Bogs I could wear with a dress, I dont see myself wearing the Muck Boots with a dress as they have more of a work boot feel. I know, dresses arent their intended use but comfort and protection from the environment is necessary for all occasions. Definitely not the end of the world, as I know I will still wear them a TON!

I will update as I start wearing these bad boys in the snow, snow melt, rivers (I like to winter...
