cece: I bought the boots 1/2 a size larger than what I normally wear to make sure they had the needed width. They fit my legs and allow me to tuck in pants if need be, I do not need to sue the side zipper. I will be able to wear heavier, warmer socks with them. I love the way they feel to walk in and think the tread will keep me from falling this winter. They are 1/2 the cost I paid a few years ago for a pair of boots from a major retail store.

YooperChick: I ordered these for my daughter and she is 11 years old so this review is basically hers. They are true to size and they are extremely cute and comfortable. They lace up but also zip on the sides which makes it easier for kids taking them on and off at school. They seem very warm and a great quality. We live in a very cold, snowy climate so I will update this review later in the season on how they are holding up and how warm they keep her.

Amazon Customer: These boots look and feel so nice. I got this from my mom for Christmas but she will have them early cuz she will need them in Canada. These boots are wonderful quality, they're not heavy. They're soft but they're high enough up your leg where it'll keep you protected or you can wear them underneath your pants. Highly recommend these boots and they're very soft and nice if I haven't said that already lol what I recommend these boots to others almost definitely would I have to buy them again if needed. Oh definitely would buy them again. If you want a nice pair of boots get these boots. Both of my parents got boots for Christmas but they both got them early because they're going to need them

The ‘Ight’ Sisters: These are a nice boot. They do not come in half sizes and I wear a 9 1/2 in just about everything. My foot is fairly average in width, arch height, and pretty much in every other way. I ordered a size 9 and a size 10. I tried the size 9 on first , with thick socks on. I unzipped the boot, inserted foot, and then zipped it up. Then cinched the laces as tight as they would go. Wow! It was big.
There is room at the end of the toe as well as room around the ankle and heel. I would need to wear double socks, at least, and it may still be too much room allowance. I would be curious to know what size 8 would fit like. Anyways, take this sizing tip under consideration.

I didn't take a video because just in the ankle area, it is protruding out a little bit because my ankles are swollen right now. Lol.
Now, after you pass the area where the top of a women's ankle boot hits is where it gets wider. But I am a little confused about why some people are so concerned about whether their boots make their feet look bigger or not. I mean, it's nice to always look good, but when you're dealing with cold weather, or you are doing winter activities, or dealing with extremely cold and/or icy conditions, wouldn't your main concern be that you are wearing boots that keep you warm the entire time no matter how long you are out in the nasty cold weather, or if you or in the cold rain, and when you need a boot that has good traction for wet snow and slick ice... I can keep going on, but my point is that, who cares whether or not an excellent pair of winter boots may or may not make your feet look bigger? Winter is the season when you bulk up! Most of you wear big puffy coats and scarfs and hats that make you look like you weigh more than you do! And why do you do this? Because it's COLD! Actually, I think it's fun...
