Sasha: I purchased this bracelet for my 13 y.o. It broke after one wear (the charms feel off). I do not recommend purchasing.
I had written the above review not expecting anything but to share my experience with other potential buyers. Well- approximately a week or two after my review, the makers sent me a replacement with a heartfelt apology. I decided to wear it myself to test its durability. I have worn it almost every day (2 weeks). I am happy to report the bracelet is in tack and all the charms are still on. My 13 y.o. now wants the bracelet and I refuse to surrender it! Thank you for caring about your customers and the craftsmanship of your product. I AM NOW A SATISFIED CUSTOMER and recommend shopping with this retailer.
