I have 29 inch waist 36 inch hips, and ordered a medium which is my normal size depending on the brand.
The quality of these are pretty well good, I have not had any issues with the sewing or anything and these have been in my vast panty rotation for almost a year. "I think I need to stop buying things on Amazon" lol
