I purchased my normal size 6m. I have multiple pairs of these. Wait for sales and you can't go wrong. They launder extremely well in a bag through the washer/dryer and I've never had an issue. I have a pair in rotation for 3 years now and they still look like new. I love the slight lift in the back, for someone that has a slightly soft body.
