karen clark: Shipping is terrible!! The product is great. But it has gotten where when you order it say tomorrow delivery if ordered by certain time but still it's 3 or4 days.. This has been getting worse over the past couple of years. This year has been a pain in the butt cause you pay your membership money but they can't keep their famous promin on delivery.

deelogar: I PURCHASED THE XL FOR THE LENGTH. I'M 5'7" AND IT HITS MY ANKLES. JUST ABOUT PERFECT. ALTHOUGH I GOT SUCH A LARGE SIZE IT DOESN'T FEEL EXCESSIVELY LARGE. WHO WANTS A TIGHT HOUSECOAT. THE BURGUNDY COLOR IS VERY SATURATED. THE FABRIC IS PLUSH AND I LOVE THE FULL LENGTH ZIPPER AND THE POCKETS ARE SO HANDY. HAVING THE HOOD IS A BONUS. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PURCHASE

Lally: Why cant they makes 4 sizes…S,M,L,XL? I ordered large-extra large, but the label says XL. It’s just too big for me. I love the luxurious longer length, the super snuggly fabric…but it’s just too dang big! I’ll probably return because I don’t want to look like a barn walking around the house. A large would have been perfect…so sad they dont have more sizes…😢
