Michelle DondonoMichelle Dondono: Quality of the costume is on point. Worth the cost. Very flattering and size forgiving. I’m 5’3” and a 16/18. I ordered the XL. I probably could have ordered the L and it would still fit great. But if you don’t order a size down, you’ll be fine either way. Loved the tulle under the skirt. The skirt was a bit wrinkly so I did iron the night before. The length was perfect for me. It’s a well-made costume and the belt will cinch you in and give you a beautiful curvy look. I can’t wait to wear this costume again for future Halloweens!

Darren: I ordered this costume for a party and it arrived just in time. I wish I'd paid attention to the estimated delivery date b/c it was going to be delivered the day before the party which didn't give me much time. Amazon usually ships stuff pretty quickly so I didn't pay attention if I had I would've paid for the expedited shipping. The product came in the garment bag and is every bit the quality the reviews indicated! I'm pretty small 5 2 and about 120 pounds so I was concerned it was going to be too long but it was perfect- even the top fit me well- and I dont have much up there to fill it out. I received many compliments on it and people asked me where I bought it- the petty coat is a bit scratchy but I only noticed it when I sat down so be sure to wear either tights or shorts under it b/c it will be uncomfortable on your bottom when you sit. I bought one of those pony tail wig things from sally's for $24.99 and that topped it right off under the bandana especially b/c I didn't have to worry about doing my hair! Carmela: I had initially thought that the price was too high for a costume that I would likely wear only once - but after comparing with cheaper gypsy costumes, I found that this one was definitely superior.

PROS:
- Arrived in a garment bag with a hanger
- Lots of pieces that make up a great costume, and most of them were separate (except for one - see CONS below)
- Quality material, especially the turquoise skirt overlay which has gold thread accents, and the skirt itself which also has a petticoat underneath
- Came with tarot cards (I didn't use them but other people might find them useful)

CONS:
- The bodice and the turquoise skirt overlay were attached together, so they can't be worn separately
- The bodice was also closer to a pale yellow in color, not cream like I was expecting

Instead of the red scarves I used a belly dancer scarf with gold coins that I already had, and bought a cheap gold jewelry set from Party City to accessorize. I wore it to Renaissance Faire where people are usually picky about clothing and received several compliments. Overall very happy with this costume, and might even wear it again next year!
