vmac: It would have been 2 or 3 stars because the hat came folded on the side so it would fit in the smaller box. Maybe it could have been steamed into the right shape; however, I chose to return it. I actually gave it 4 stars because the return was easy, free and my refund was received immediately after the hat was in the mail.
