I take two every morning after the first week I had a little break outs but that went away I mix these with men's multi vitamins x2 each morning mixed with the wild willies beard serum and the drama roller. I've seen increased hair growth all over my body.

Phuong Savage: I bought this product not knowing what to expect at all. I just started growing our my beard a month and a half ago. So far so good but I wanted to try something to amp up the growth. I read biotin will help me get to my goals not faster but more efficiently. It's been two weeks now and a few hairs there and here are growing in places I haven't seen growth before. Maybe because I haven't actually grown out my beard before. But I have indeed noticed more growth and thicker beard within the last two weeks. They recommend you eat when you take these pills and they are 100% correct. If you don't the smell of everything will start to linger back up into your mouth. I got used to it after about a week. I will definitely buy another round when it comes time. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to grow out their BAD AZZ beard. I hope they come out with these pills in a bigger size here in the future but other than that I am enjoying this product.
