emma: I gave this à 3 stars because I thought it had a pocket to stuff different food in it. The name brand is what attracted me, the bread is thick and not what I bought before from the markets. You can only use it for pizza toppings

Ann Wellhouse: These are nice tasty puffy pita style bread things. Probably nice for dipping.
It is not whole wheat. It has some whole wheat in it but looks and tastes like mostly white flour.
It is not flat bread because it is big and puffy.
Very soft, falls apart easily.

Julie G72: I see Toufayan Pita bread in my favorite grocery store (Stop & Shop) but they never seem to have the Flat Bread. I am so glad I was able to find them on Amazon. These are my go-to for dipping in humus, or other dips I make, especially around holidays or special gatherings. Most importantly I get to make my own gyros at home when I am craving them. I don't live in NYC so I can't just run to a street corner vending cart. Thanks, Toufayan. You found a new customer.
