Caroline Crapps: These rain boots are adorable! any child will love the light up heels and glitter! they are sturdy and durable to the toddler jumping. My only concern is they seem to run small and narrow. My toddler was able to wear maybe 2 months and could no longer get her foot in them. so I would say to size up from normal toddler shoe size.
