Name: This stuff is amazing! We use cast iron pans on our glass range (I knoooooowwww) and though we clean it every time we use it, residue still seems to build up over time. I’ve tried the warm wet towel/baking soda/vinegar routine - just doesn’t cut it. This cleaner/polish and ergonomic scrubber took months of residue off no problem, and following up with the “razor” had it near-perfect. Speaking of the razor - I was always hesitant to try this in the past, worrying about scratching. Fear not - it’s not actually a razor, it’s rolled metal (so, smooth, but harder than the gunk on your stovetop). This product has alleviated my stress about ever getting the stovetop back in shape, and I also have a new hobby/fixation to boot (scraping specks of tough residue with that tool!)

Heidi27Heidi27: My mom had told me this was a great product and easy to use. She was right! Put it on with a paper towel (just need a tiny bit). Wait and buff off with a dry paper towel. Amazing product. A little elbow grease needed if you get a tough stain but my 12 year old stovetop looks brand new and it really protects it just like waxing your car.

Wutznot2luv87: I have the worst time keeping my cooktop clean, but when I moved into my rental they provided a sample of this stuff along with some other little things which was super cool. I am now a huge fan of this and use it all the time! It takes the hard work out of it, and makes the cooktop shine fabulously like new, though let me note you will still need to put SOME work into it. It is magic but not an entire miracle. :p HIGHLY recommend to anyone with a cooktop OR anyone who does cleaning for a business.

Steven LiSteven Li: The cleaner works very, very well. If you're moving into a rental where the stove top has been neglected, definitely get the kit. I just recently moved into a rental unit, and the glass stove top had tons of minerals burned onto it. Unfortunately, I didn't take a before photo, so I used a screenshot from a video I took of the rental prior to cleaning. While the cleaner got most of the burned minerals (white-ish stuff), it obviously could not remove the scratches that are engraved into the glass. The stove-top looks as close to new as it can get without completely resurfacing or replacing the glass (I spent around 15 minutes cleaning the surface).

It amazes me that people don't take better care of glass cook tops. If you have a new stove, wiping the stove top with the cleaner and a paper towel is all you need to keep your stove top in a pristine condition. That and being mindful not to scratch it.

Geoffrey GrahamGeoffrey Graham: The media could not be loaded.  The kit doesn't come with instructions, so here they are.

1- Scrub a generous amount of the cleaner onto your stove top using the provided scrubby pad. Scrub in a circular motion, alternating directions. For a good minute or two. Or longer depending on how soiled it is.
2- Let it sit to dry. Takes about ten minutes if you have your hood fan on.
3- Flip the provided razor blade in the handle, it comes with the dull side out for safety reasons.
4- Use the razor blade handle to scrape off the bulk of the dried product. I used some damp paper towels to remove the rest.
5- Then use the razor blade to scrape off the cooked-on muck.
6- Wipe it all down to buff it shiny.

I imagine that that's how it feels to remove rabbit skin glue from a poorly lined canvas. IYKYK

Dianna: The scraper is good and its great to have a handle on the scrubber. The cleaner/polish has a very strong toxic smell. After polishing I wiped the ceramic cooktop with soap and water and the smell still lingered. I am very sensitive to scents so this may not bother others but for those who are it may bother you too. I bought Affresh ceramic cooktop cleaner and I can tolerate the smell which isn't as strong.
