Amazon Customer: Awesome product but my dogs are afraid of it. Comes with a little walk so they can’t pee off the side. Fits a large puppy pad. Easy to assemble.

Unfortunately my dogs are terrified of it and my cat thinks it’s a bed.

TwinkleTwinkle: I replaced our old one (same brand), after 11 years of use when we moved to our new home. The older style base was one piece of plastic. This model has 4 interconnecting pieces. I do not think they have enough stability for my girl to use it. She is a 7 lb. Chihuahua. She started going once on the pad and then on the floor every other time. I always used the 3 sidewalls placing the open end to the wall. My dog is a potty traveler. This was the perfect solution. She is small enough to exit the open area on the side or jump over walls when she was done. It’s taken me a half a year and multiple vet visits trying to figure out why my girl suddenly started going on my floor. I tried removing the sides and accidents continued. I removed the tray all together and layered 30 pads. No more accidents. Below is what I went through if you’re interested.
Her blood and urine results were negative for infection. We did a month of antibiotics and looking at exploring more expensive testing. JJinPA: I set this up with a disposable pee pad, and the very first night I brought my puppy home, he used it!! It was like some kind of magic. He went over, sniffed, and did his business. I'm glad I bought this. The surround for it is kind of flimsy, so pick it up from the base. If you try to pick it up by the surround, it comes off. Overall, easy to set up. Only took a couple minutes.

Vladimira: Sides pushed off easily by dog, pads cant attach propery, wee ends up underneath the pads, holes in side panels so if dog cocks his leg wee can go through the swirly hole designs. Waste of money I’ve already thrown it always

Heather Straub: Product was pretty easy to put together, and I know the dog has used it at least once or twice since I got it a couple weeks ago. The downside is that the parts on it fall out of their slots easily, and it seems on the low end of quality considering the price. It is really not very attractive, but it looks better than just having pee pads surrounded by cardboard boxes to create walls. Plus, I couldn't find any other similar product, and it does help sheild surrounding furniture from dog pee - when my chihuahua feels like using it, at least. Now if only I could train the little you-know-what to always use this box!

Amazon Customer: I had high hopes this product would help keep my 4lb dogs' pee from going over the edge onto the floor. Well, with this product I ended up with more of a mess. It is made so cheap that the walls don't fit snug and all the channels around the pad holder (to fit the walls into) fill up with pee. And they spill over and still get on the floor. I'm unimpressed. Poor design. And very cheaply made. Don't waste your money on it.

Lynda Daniluk: The floor of the system is a little weak so I ended up putting a towel underneath to provide support. Cardboard or any type of hard surface would work as well.
