Amazon Customer: Sold unit, enough spring-load to keep it shut while pulling the 5th wheel I installed it on. Lockable to keep the kids out when we are away. Not sure yet how well it seals while driving in rain.

KevinS: Managed to pick up a few of these when on offer. Very well made, took 5 mins to fit with nothing more than a flat head and Philips screwdriver. They were a perfect fit as replacement for our existing Bell (non-lockable) covers and look like they'll last years. To lock them you'll need to add a small padlock, but we've just secured with a zip tie meantime. Good quality cover and great value.

Jay: I was trying to cover up the big plastic faded boxes that were installed in my home in the 90s, however these would not cover the outlet holes on any of the 3 openings I had on the exterior of the home. Before ordering, be sure, there is no large gap behind your current outlet cover.

ThePhotoChimp: Great outlet cover. I have this on my back porch where the outlet is exposed to the elements. Went through a few heavy rains now and the outlet is dry and safe. There is a small tab on the bottom left side that you need to find to open the cover. You can secure the cover there too with a lock too. Cover spring is strong. Well made and the paint finish is nice too. Easy to DIY install.

You have no right.You have no right.: Seems good. Apparently UL listed but didn't actually check. Metal seems like a softer cheaper metal that might break over time after opening and closing, but for the price cant really complain and should last awhile none the less. Comes with decor style face plate or old style so can be used with either or. Can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Also has a small pass threw that you can put a small lock on it to lock closed. * Note these style covers are not water resistant when opened/have something plugged in, only when closed.
