DP: This is a fantastic hat; it claims to be 100% water "resistant" so heed if you're looking for "waterproof". It will keep you dry in light rain for a short period of time. I put it too much to the test and relied on it for 5 hours in constant rain at an NFL game and ended up having to take it off because the brim got completely saturated. Otherwise, it's a great product if you need it for sunshade. Rain, notsomuch !!

FCodd: Simple hat with a simple function. It does great! Fits perfect. Keeps the sun off my neck and face. I really like the wider brim. Color is fine, I do a lot of yard work so whatever there.☺️ price is fair. Will buy again when I need more!

bethany: I used this hat all summer for my field work. I was working in the hot, buggy, marshes of NJ. It helped with the sun and bugs and was lightweight and breathable so I didn’t overheat. My favorite hat I have bought for field work so far. It even had a pony tail hole which is essential for someone with a lot of hair like me.

MrsPfox: I bought this hat since I was going to be doing a lot of garden work. I loved the adjustable head size and the hole for a ponytail! I bought it for this reason since I always wear a ponytail or messy bun.😂 the brim covers all over the face and sides and the back flap is great for neck protection. I don’t have an issue with the brim flopping or covering my face and I’m considering getting this in a few more colors. I also used this for my young niece at the beach and it was very versatile with the size due to the adjustable chin strap and head strap. It covered her head and protected her back from the sun while making sun castles for hours! Easy to fold, easy to wash, definitely recommend this!

Ray and Irma: This is the second one I've purchased. I like it because it's great for gardening,boating and fishing. It's a light, breathable material and it stays on. It also allows room for a pony tail. For someone very pale skinned and prone to sunburn, this is a godsend.

Simon Haworth: This hat is light and well ventilated, and very comfortable for long periods in the sun.
After only 7 weeks, however, the plastic brim has begun to warp, which makes me wonder about the long-term durability of this product. I have taken off a star because of this, and the fact that there is no way for me to contact the seller to report the defect -- I feel a product replacement is in order.
