Karilyn: I am so pleased with this faucet head. It swivels a lot (more than others) so you can reach all the corners of the sink, and I have a large farmhouse sink. I was mostly concerned whether or not the "spray" setting would be strong enough to clean off dishes; no problem it sprays strongly. The diameter of the spray is not as wide as those big pull down sink sprayers, but I actually like this one better.
Oh ya...it looks very sleek and stylish and matched my faucet perfectly.

PinkjacksonPinkjackson: The media could not be loaded.  I've had this for nearly a year and was waiting to give a review. The last cheap one I had failed after a few months. This has worked perfectly. It is all metal construction other than the o-rings. It is solid and holds position tightly. Easy to install. With the faucet I have, I can spray down the whole thing for an easy rinse after cleaning. It does take a little force for the additional angle change for spraying but so far that has not been an inconvenience. My only concern would be the amount of tension on the stem and if the force will eventually cause it to fail. So far though it has worked great!

This is the 2nd time I have this item. It is really really good to use but not durable.
For the first time I bought this one, in about half year time, the ring in the middle broken.
Then I had a new one in end June 2021, the same issue happened in end Dec 2021.
In such case, can I just buy only the ring so I can replace.

Morgan B.: Only reason I’m doing 4 star is because tightening it up enough to not leak broke my faucet. Wasn’t the product, my faucet was old. It was actually helpful because my faucet was leaking under the counter and I didn’t know. However, the only reason I bought it was because I bought a dishwasher and tunes out, the dishwasher came with it’s own adapter, so I didn’t need this one after all. Can’t tell how well it would have held up cause I returned it, but it is well made and does the trick so I’m sure it would last a good while.
