Sally Smith: The packaging was exceptional. The size is perfect for under the counter, a space provided in my butler’s pantry. I love the adjustable shelves. Besides drinks, I have room to place dough that needs to chill and other baking supplies. The proximity to my counter I use for food prep gives me a more efficient workflow, before, I had to go to my regular fridge that is not as close as I’d like to my workspace. The seal is secure. There are no air leaks. It appears quite durable. The price was low for all the features. There is a nice touchpad inside in front top for temp controls and light. I can read temp without opening the door.

Meghan: We bought this to be a small beer fridge in our basement.

What we love:
- It's pretty quiet and the temperature control is very consistent
- It's low profile and sleek
- It has a lighting option
- Displays the temp to you

What could be better:
- The light has to be turned on manually — which also means that if you forgot to turn it off because your hands are full of beer, it's just on until the next time you visit the beer fridge.
- The buttons where you adjust temp, turn on the light, etc. are a little flimsy feeling. Sometimes you have to hit them twice to make them work.
- The door doesn't have that satisfying "click" feeling that lets you know it's securely closed, making it easy to not totally close it. It doesn't have an alarm if you don't successfully close the door, so we've accidentally left it cracked before.
- We thought there would be more room, but the bottom shelf has a pretty big indent where the compressor lives, so it actually isn't quite as spacious as we were thinking.

Overall, it's a good deal for the money. But next time we'd probably upgrade a little so we could have something that better fits growlers/multiple...

StuartStuart: I was worried that "cold" might not really be that cold.

I was hugely pleased. This mini-fridge is well built and useful. It's clearly new, everything is straight, and the description is right on. The interior temp, using a thermometer, is actually a few degrees lower than the console. Mine reached 29°F after about 3 hours with no icy build-up. (The interior humidity is about 40%, which I worry is too high, but whatever). There is no venting, so the unit is remarkably quiet. Quieter than a box fan set on Low.

The insulation around the door is good, but not great. I doubt this will equate to the $5/ month the ad states (after adjusting interior temp to 34°F) but good enough. The door glass is a beast; you shouldn't lose too much energy there. The controls are inside the fridge, so you have to open the door to adjust anything. The only major concern was the packaging, which I think I just lucked out on. When it came to my door, I dragged it in a little and then turned it on it's side to get the fridge out. The botton of the box literally popped off like magic--just popped off. However, I would still recommend this product. An equivalent, brand-name fridge would cost...

kathy: After going back and forth between the 3.2 and 3.6, we decided on the 3.6. Sure, it cost a bit extra, but the extra space is really worthwhile for us. It keeps bottles and cans upright simply by manipulating the shelves inside. The temperature control is easy and accessible, and when I say it keeps drinks cold, I mean COLD. We have the unit set to 37 degrees, and never want for refreshment. Also, the amount of space it opened in our main refrigerator is staggering! I thought I had to go to the grocery store the first time after I transferred the drinks to my new mini, then I realized it was all those drinks that took up so much space in my big fridge!
One thing we did when we got the unit is to store it upright for 24 hours prior to plugging in the unit. Then, we set the internal temp of the unit and waited for it to reach that 37 degrees before stocking it. The unit is virtually noiseless--I would forget it was there if I wasn't thirsty! The unit is also well built, with a nice sturdy glass door. Overall, we're very pleased, and after comparison shopping, I feel like we got a great value for the money.
