VIVI Electric Bicycle: 26/20 Inch Adult E-Bike with Powerful Motor and Long Battery Life

mc hzlgrv: This bike is HEAVY. Instructions for assembly is less than ideal. It took about 2 hours after realizing some of the mis-steps. There is no particular instruction for this - other than the Owner's Manual. It has a lot of instructions but not useful for this model: C26. Battery Charging is especially frustrating. the Key has to be in a particular position and for me - I had to charge it for 8 hours initially (4 hours per instruction did not do the trick; and I didn't want it to catch fire :( ) once it is charged up - ONLY after I gave it a go - that the battery's status lights decided to work (one on the handle bar also worked) -- it does have a little wobble from the rear wheel -- HOWEVER, I'm happy about it -- I think this is a sold bike for the money!

J. Lewis: The bike was okay to put together. Not difficult just time consuming. It says tools not in box, but they actually are in a nice pouch. Please please please watch the video cause manual sucks. Bought two and put together both ( 1 person female 53) in little over an 1 1/2 hours. Only one small scratch on one. It rides like a dream, but going to put a bigger seat on them. The batteries are easy to charge and slide in slot. The batteries seem to last forever and riding full speed. Had to go back to read how to turn on lights ( hold down + for two seconds) Neighbor road behind and got me going 17mph. Get one cause these things are super fun!!!

BOBBY S.: I see many complaints on ease of assembly. Took me about 30-35 minutes. The manual was okay, but there are also 2 videos that really help, but I didn't need them. The paint and trim finish of the bike is excellent. Some complained about the fenders being plastic, but I don't see the problem. My first ride was 17 miles of some moderate up and down hills with no peddling and there was 25% of the battery left so I think it will do the 20 miles full electric easy. 20-21 MPH on level to moderate up hill and on 2%-4% uphill grades 17-18 MPH. Steep uphills, say 4-6% 15-16 MPH. I got 28 MPH on one down hill run, but in the future, I will coast down hills to conserve battery for more range. I will run some peddle assist rides and try to report back and report any problems after a month or so. All in all, I am well pleased so far.

roland ramirezroland ramirez: I recently ordered two of the Vivi C26 bikes and they arrived pretty quick. One box was okay, but the other one was really beat up and since I wasn’t home when FedEx delivered the boxes I just hoped that bike would be okay. I assembled one bike and and it was easy to put together, but when I opened the damaged box I first noticed the keys were missing so I figured they must be somewhere in the box so I continued to assemble the bike. Once assembled I noticed the petals would strike the pavement so after further review I could see that the frame was bent badly to the point that the bike could not be ridden. I immediately contacted the Seller’s Customer Support Department and provided a detail explanation along with photos of the shipping problem and the bike’s condition. Without hesitation they told me not to worry as they were shipping a replacement bike and it arrived in less than a week which was great. I am very happy with both the bikes and their Customer Support Team and I would recommend these bikes without hesitation.

Steve A.: this is a great bike for the money. we ordered on December 18th paying $559 US dollars and it arrived a little bit after Christmas. we bought two identical white bicycles. the first one took me about 2 hours to put together using the online video; the second one took about 45 minutes. first off the packaging was very good even though the box was banged up quite a bit. none of the interior items were damaged or scratched. we pulled everything out and we had all parts necessary for both bikes however putting the rear luggage rack on was pretty difficult since it was welded incorrectly and two of the screw holes would not line up, they were about a half inch out of adjustment. upon getting the front wheels in we noticed that both front wheels rubbed slightly against the disc brakes. we had to readjust, that should really not happen. everything else was pretty much straightforward and I would suggest riding with a can of fix a flat with you. my wife laughed about my taking it in the saddle bag that we put on the back until I had a flat on the front tire about a week after using it. it was from a small sticker Burr if you can believe that. a slow leak when I got home and the next...

Jennifer He: Das Fahhrad kam sehr schnell an und mein Mann hat es sehr schnell zusammen gebaut. Wir haben den Akku aufladen lassen und nächsten Tag habe ich es getestet. Es ist einfach super. Es ist eine tolle Unterstützung beim Fahrrad fahren auf langen und bergigen Strecken. Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Ich fahre gerne damit zur Arbeit das sind ca. 8kilometer hin und zurück und das klappt wunderbar der Akku hat bei mir gut 7 Tage gehalten bin aber meist auf low gefahren. Das Aufladen ging in angemessener Zeit und war völlig in Ordnung. Also ich bin zufrieden!

HeinzeHeinze: Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und gut verpackt im Karton. 

Die einzelnen Teile ware gut mit Schaumstoff umwickelt so das nix verkratzt wird, das Vorderrad und der Lenker sowie der Gepäckträger, Pedale und vorderes Schutzblech müssen noch montiert werden der Zeitaufwand beträgt ca 2 Stunden und ist leicht verständlich. Das dafür benötigte Werkzeug ist alles im Lieferumfang enthalten. Das laden des Akku ist einfach,nur an haushalts üblicher Steckdose anstecken und nach 4 bis 6 Stunden ist der Akku voll geladen. Das Fahrgefühl ist sehr angenehm und macht Spaß. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Gashebel.

Fazit ich gebe den E Bike 5 Sterne weil der Preis sehr günstig ist und das Fahrrad ein schönes Design besitzt und mit einer ordentlichen Ausstattung ausgelegt ist. 

PS. Der Koffer ist nachträglich von mir montiert worden und nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Die Lieferung erfolgte kurzfristig und ohne Probleme.
Die Eingeteile waren gut verpackt.
Die Montage erfolgte Problemlos. Eine Vielzahl an Montage Werkzeug, liegt bei.
An der Verarbeitung des Materials, gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
Erste kurze Fahrten, machen Lust auf weitere Ausflüge.
Für mich ein Produkt, was ich weiterempfehlen kann.
