Misty: Good price. Shipping time eas average. But I was not thrilled to open the box and find absolutely no wrapping (paper, air pillows) around the pool cue. This was for a birthday gift, luckily it wasn't damaged. Regardless, it should have had some form of protective wrapping in the box.

BrianMac: Just got this today so I can't yet comment on feel and playability but words can not describe how pleased I am with its appearance. After reading a number of horror stories about watped and chipped sticks, damaged graphics, incorrect weights. etc., I was expecting the worst but I couldn't be more pleased. This stick is pefectly straight, pristine condition, great weight and awesome graphics. I'm not sure if I need to prep the tip in any way so I just plan to chalk it and shoot. I'm really excited to use it and I expect to get many compliments on its graphics.
