mrng: I have had this vest for a year and no doubt it gave me warmth during the cold winter days. If you put a down jacket over it and choose the lowest heat setting, you will be sweating in it.

Recently I had an issue with the on/off button. After contacting the customer service and sending them a video illustrating the issue, they sent me a replacement vest promptly. This is great customer care and you should not worry about getting no support if any issue aroused.

Judy: Love this vest. It puts warmth exactly where I need it when it's cold out. Love the heat on the shoulders and back of the neck, as well as the back and pockets. The battery is in a nice location. It is out of the way when you sit or stand. Will recommend it to my friends and family.

Any: Après 6 mois la batterie ne fonctionnait plus et maintenant, j'aimerais remettre la veste, j'achète une nouvelle batterie de la même marque et la c'est la veste qui ne fonctionne plus .
J'ai essayé d'autres batteries en pensant que cela venait des batteries, mais non. Je suis déçu.

Mary Jane T.: When I talked with Mandy about a problem we were having with the vest, she was so prompt in answering my emails...always within 24 hours and sometimes sooner. We were able to get the vest replaced with her prompt replies. I would recommend this vest again and will purchase another when this one finally gives out.

MegD: Vest is somewhat baggy fitting through the chest and shoulder, but is relatively true to size. Battery also does not seem to last as long as reported, but perhaps the longer lasting batteries would work better

Jen: I was so excited to get this and then only to be disappointed to find the battery is right in the back and because of the size of the battery it digs into your back and worse when you are seated. I was so disappointed, and returned it. It has been several days and I still didn’t receive my refund email, I’m hoping this is not going to be an issue to get my refund

MV: Purchased the vest after knowing the details on these vest, as my husband received one last Christmas. I’ve not used mine enough to comment on battery life, but you do need to think ahead before charging. Charging to 100% will take a few hours, but seems to hold a good charge and last for several hours. One exception part of this vest is the amazing heated coils in the neck collar.
My biggest issue is my Amazon order was place during prime and I received notification on delivery day that it wasn’t available. So my order ended up being expensive compared to the Prime price.

CoffeeandCairns: I ordered this to be able to layer under a light or heavy coat as needed. It's perfect. Amazon suggested I order a medium, but based on the measurements shown, I ordered a small and it fits perfectly. The battery life is as reported. I start on high and then switch to low once I'm cozy and that keeps me going all day. The two front (and only)pockets are in the right position, deep enough and fleece lined. The length is just over my seat and the neck warmer is divine. The battery is not obtrusive and I found it fine to drive in. I've not tried it with a backpack yet but because it's off centre to the left, I think it will be fin. And it comes in a handy zipper pouch. I highly recommend.
