Shopper: Seems that Wife is always cold, turning up the heat in the house, in the car, etc. and boiling me in the process. The Venustas heated vest warms her core and keeps her warm while I set the room temp at something I can tolerate. Win-win.

KansasA: The adaptor doesn’t want to stay in the battery, it keeps sliding out on its own. Also, I feel like the vest isn’t as warm as what it should be, even on the highest setting. For the cost I’m really not impressed.

BLACKBEARY: I had the vest for about 3 months when the battery stopped working - it simply wouldn't charge. I contacted the company and they sent a new battery. Problem solved and the vest heats up again. I've taken one star off for the sending a vest with a battery known to have issues. That kind of risk management is annoying. If you know the battery has issues bite the bullet and send the new and improved.

As for fit, the jacket fits very nicely. I like that it's long. It is also very well made. The mid section is a bit loose and could be more fitted. I'm 5' 11" and weigh 175 lbs and order a size large. Because the vest is lined it's also wind proof. Without the heating element it's a fantastic vest, just not worth $169. The heated collar glorious and feels therapeutic helping my sore neck. A good purchase.

Roofus: I bought 2 of these for my 2 daughters for Christmas and they both love them. My youngest works in a warehouse and wears it daily since she got it. Both say they are happy with the heat output and duration but naturally, the higher the setting the shorter the time it will heat. Recharging is quick and no issues with the battery pack so far. Would purchase again for sure.

Madelyn Larson: I live in a ski town and can't be caught underprepared on a snow day. Rather than additional layers, I wanted to try a heated layer for the really cold days we've been having (I recently got into the heated glove game and it's been a game changer). This vest is warm even without the battery pack but definitely keeps me toasty when it's on. The highest setting does drain the batter kind of quickly but the lower settings seem to last several hours. My only gripe is that the power cord in my vest seems to come loose from the battery a little easier than I'd expect so I find myself having to unzip and plus it back in periodically. But especially for the cost, I can't complain!

len s.: We have a problem with the battery. After the second wear the battery will not hold a charge. I wanted to order a second one for back-up, but we need to get the first battery fixed or replaced. This was a gift for a friend that turns 70 in Dec., but we chose to give it to her early as she can wear it now in the fall weather.

How do I get this rectified?
