Vegan Caramel Coffee Creamer - Calorie, Dairy, and Carb Free from Walden Farms

Grammy D: I used way too much the first time I tried this. I like a little coffee with my creamer usually, lol. I can't use the color of my coffee as a guide anymore. we have to have a zero calorie creamer for a diet we're on. My husband drinks black coffee, but loves this so much, I'm having to share with him. It's expensive, but delish!

MissyMe: I personally really appreciate this line alternative condiments. My fav is the coffee creamers & salad dressings! These may not taste like regular store brand with all the sugar, fructose syrup, calories, gluten, carbs, etc., but for being FREE of all that CRAP - they are VERY palatable & in some cases just as good! I love the sweet cream coffee creamer (it taste like its bad for you) & the Pearf & White Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. Those are my 2 staple right now - but they offer SO much more I want to try outside of creamers & dressings! If you are trying to lose weight, or just simply eat cleaner, healthier, lighter - these are definitely as great option to add to your menu.

R. GARY: The Walden Farms creamers aren’t bad, the flavor is ok, but there’s an aftertaste and it’s residuals in bottom of my coffee cup from it. You can tell sugars not there. However, if I mix a skinny syrup with it I get a better result. The only other problem is the cost. I still don’t understand why the healthier items and choices have to be so expensive. Who can afford it.

L. I.: As a fan of Walden Farm products for years, it pains me to report their reformulation falls very far short of what it replaced. It used to be possible to get a sweet and satisfying french vanilla flavor out of just a small part of the bottle. Now, large coffee - 18 oz - takes about a third of a bottle to deliver the same level of sweetness, but the flavor seems to have been left out. Like the reformulated Sweet Cream, the new product is more the consistency of skim milk - it's much thinner. It still holds true to the zero carbs and calories, but it is a disappointing move. Maybe, if Walden Farms executives remember the "New Coke" story - they might bring back the "Old Walden Farms" formulations.

Cabolady: Was looking for a replacement for the Coffee Mate version, but what a big mistake. I rather have the unhealthy version than this crappy one. I gave it a few tries but still could not get used to it. It has a nasty after taste and could not enjoy my cup of coffee. I think I'll switch back to Coffee mate, not healthy but everything in moderation right :P.

Needles: Bought this (& a vanilla one) at the behest of an American guest who ended up not using them before she left. Gave them to my daughter & her fiance who like flavoured coffees (I don't). They tried them this morning and almost threw up. My daughter commented 'DEAR GOD THEY SMELL AND TASTE LIKE PLAY DOUGH' and her fiance described them as 'absolutely minging'. I'm just glad I didn't try them myself & sorry I wasted my money. They went straight down the drain. If I could give zero stars I would. Recommendation - stick to real milk!
