mary k: This sink is strikingly beautiful. It is big! The accessories that came with it were high quality. I saw where someone complained about installation hardware. We had new cabinets installed and the contractor ran two pieces of 2x4 on either side of the sink cabinet and the sink dropped right on it. The countertops were installed over it and it’s fantastic. I would buy it again!

Ian : The item is not as pictured. It comes with clamps but they are useless as there are no brackets on the sink to attach them, not as pictured. Tried to contact the seller several times with no response. Amazon customer support was no help as they have no way to contact independent sellers. Included templates are not for this sink either. I am a licences plumber and struggled. Other than this it seems like a quality product.

Rebecca HudsonRebecca Hudson: I’m in love with my black stainless steel sink. So glad I went with the one large tub version. And the black stainless is enough different than the white ones that are popping up everywhere to make me not feel like I’m a complete sheep! It wipes down easily, looks great with my new matte black faucet and came packed fantastic and meaning business. My biggest complaint is that the drain component that came with it did NOT fit my garbage disposal and I had purposefully contacted customer support a couple weeks before my plumber came to install to make sure I didn’t need to purchase any kind of kit. I was told “no, just hook it up”. Well after 3 weeks of no sink cause of my kitchen remodel my plumber informed me that he needed a new drain and finding a black stainless steel one that attached to the garbage disposal was near impossible in a short time frame (hello Christmas). So I ended up with a matte black drain and it’s just not near as nice as the black stainless one was. It was very disappointing.

brendabrenda: Sink is gorgeous I have gotten several compliments already and we are not even done with our kitchen remodel yet. Love how white and glossy it is and it is very heavy. Sink had a few small scratches towards the back but they don’t bother me too much hopefully I am able to take them off. Only issue is that the strains that come with the sink did not work. When our plumber was installing the thread skips and doesn’t thigh. Strainer fits really loose and I don’t understand why they will send something with the sink that will not go with it. Other issue is that our current waste disposal is too small for the opening that the sink has. Not sure if this is a common thing for farmhouse sinks to have large drain opening but was not planning on replacing a perfectly good disposal. Other issue is that it came with absolutely no installation instructions that’s the reason why I gave it 1 star on installation. Overall sink is gorgeous but although it’s a great price it turns out way more expensive than expected when having to replace everything.
