D. Tucker: This toy is great for the heavy and aggressive chewers as far as the overall item goes.
The squeakers at both ends fell out within a day but the chew toy will be around a good 12 months I believe.

verygoodman: The makers have achieved the impossible in that my dog seems unable to destroy the squeaker but had I known it would be so shrill I would have saved my money. It is literally unbearable and I don’t know why they had to use a squeaker with such a small hole. My dog seems to quite like it though.

The speakers pop out within a couple of minutes so be careful. It is very tough and wonderful for filling with frozen food to keep the jaws chewing. A fair price for a long lasting toy. Not sure about the beef flavour being in it.: I disliked there was no warning about the squeakers popping out when chewed.

Rodney Gooding: When the family visited for Easter I prepared for the added dogs and purchased some toys, this red "bone" being one of them - and all the dogs liked it, the fact that it's chewy and squeaky made it irresistible for my husky and the visiting collie and labra-doodle?
It's still holding up long after my ropes were busted and the balls destroyed so it seems to be a good investment so far but my "destructor" has already leveled the ends - I give it about 2 weeks.
(That is high praise)

If your dog doesn't have a neurosis/eating disorder AND a maniacal fixation on making it squeek this could be a keeper.

Josh EJosh E: We have a 60lb wolf hybrid. We have a bark box, kong toys, and outward hound squeaker balls on subscription order. They last somewhere between a couple hours and a day or 2 each. I have a drawer in my desk full of squeaker tube ends, plastic squeaker types, pliers, and tweezers to make toys squeak again for another few hours. Even companies that concentrate on durable toys ignore the fact most squeaker setups cannot be crushed over and over again with that type of force and often purposefully make it impossible to reach the squeaker parts. Once it no longer squeaks it only remains interesting if she can rip it apart. There is seriously nothing she can't shred if she wants to. She will chew open a metal cat food can. It's either let her kill toys and squeak things constantly or she does things like eat the hardwood window and door frames , rip a hole in the vinyl sheet flooring, try to destroy a dog bed (thick canvas covers with internal waterproof nylon covers have thwarted her efforts), or attempt to dig a hole in the middle of our bed (we have sheets on subscription order too). A bored wolf is a very destructive thing.

EshawEshaw: My Staffy is an extreme psycho chewer and delights in challenging himself to destroy every single toy he has...squeaky toys especially will only last a few minutes before he has ripped them to shreds to get the squeaker from inside!! The only toys that last him are the Extreme Kong ones, and even those end up with chunks missing after a while. So we are very sceptical when it comes to trying new toys claiming to be indestructible for Extreme chewing crazies like Buddy!

This toy, whilst it is very thick, strong rubber, put up a good fight for the first 5 minutes until he managed to chew the first couple nobbly bits off. But so far, the main bulk of the toy still remains intact after 3 days of pretty much constant aggressive chewing! The squeaker is excellent and is still going strong, he absolutely loves it.

Although there are little black bits of rubber scattered around my carpet as I write this, compared to other 'Extreme Chewer' toys this one has proven to be more durable than most and I would definitely recommend as a fun and entertaining toy for a loopy dog like Buddy :)

matc: This toy is legit' the most 'rough and tough' squeaky dog toy I've ever known.

I bought this for my newly adopted boy who was always sad when his toys stopped squeaking after a few hours. I'd even bought some specially toughened, apparently, toys from the big pet stores for £18+ which only lasted one night.

When I read the reviews I decided to go for it; even a couple of days which he could play was better than a day or even a few hours.

Anyway, when this arrived I took it out of the packagain and casually squeezed it to check out the sound... I'm only able to write this because I'm recently back home after a lengthy stay in a hotel after the toy let out its two-tone squeak.

Shattered windows, burst eardrums, and cracked wall-tiles and one very excited dog.

I'm now a bit of a quivering wreck because my dog loves this toy so much and just won't leave it alone. Night and day he's chomping and chewing on it, all while I've developed a squint, a limp, a perforated eardrum and my nose needs cauterisation.

This thing is so loud it could have single-handedly won the battle of Britain; with just one squeeze!

I don't need my expensive video...
