rosy: I gave this item a bad review because I didn't see a packet of mounting plates when I unpacked it. A trip to the hardware store hunting for mounting plates taught me that the mounting plate is locked inside the mounting arms. So sorry! Great product! Looks very nice now that I finally got an undamaged one.

Amazon Customer: I was impressed by the quality and attractiveness of the bath accessories. This set was much less expensive than other retail stores. So far it has been easy to install and seems to be sturdy.

Tricia Sipos: Put in rental home bathroom. Only piece that I didnt like is the TP holder, the rod sits kinda crooked after installed. They are all very lightweight but look good & not meant yo be pulled on or hung from anyway. They come with anchors so you can place anywhere. The hook is of heavier weight & we put that on back of the door. As long as they are installed right they should hold up as well as any expensive set would. I would buy again definitely yes.

Nitashake: This set is gorgeous and a great price! It’s tight and sturdy although it was slightly difficult to install because of the Allen wrench vs a screwdriver. I wanted to buy more of these sets but they were sold out already, dang it!
